Mike Barton

Mike joined Meridian in October of 2018. He is a 2003 graduate of Geneva College with a bachelor’s degree in Student Ministry. He received his Masters of Higher Education with a focus in ministry is 2006 from Geneva College. He has also completed ECO’s commissioned lay pastor program. Mike brings more than 15 years of youth and family ministry to Meridian.
 
Mike and his wife, Julie, married in 2004. They have 4 children, Jacob, Grace, Luke, and David. The Barton’s enjoy family vacations, playing games, taking care of their variety of pets, and spending time together.
 
Mike enjoys his family but also watching movies and sports, hiking and outdoor activities, and cooking on either his smoker or his outdoor grill.
